Illinois Tech's telephone system has the flexibility to program inbound calls to flow to specific individuals or groups and enhance a department’s customer service requirements.  The Office of Technology Services (OTS) can design a call flow to optimize customer service for your area by using:

  • Automated Attendants
  • Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) call center reporting
  • Many other features
