The Office of Technology Services (OTS) offers both multi-line (digital) display and single-line (analog) telephones for faculty and staff. Whether 10-buttons or 34-buttons, multi-line telephones offer flexibility and convenience with feature buttons, ability to cover other telephones, auto-dialing, and speed dialing. Any telephone can be a part of a special call answering solution to enhance a department’s operations.
Voice mail can be programmed for any Illinois Tech telephone. There is no charge to program, reprogram, or activate telephone or voicemail services. Departments are not charged for minutes or line usage.
