The Office of Technology Services (OTS) provides telecommunications services to Illinois Tech's Mies and Rice Campuses and provides assistance to the Downtown and Moffett Campuses.

OTS installs, tests, and troubleshoots copper and fiber cabling and performs telephone and voice mailbox programming and installation, as well as customized call answering solutions for university departments.
