The PMO uses a wide variety of tools and templates to professionally manage the complex projects within the portfolio. However, we recognize that projects of any size and complexity can benefit from certain standard project management tools.

| RAID Log | This is a tool to track risks, action items, issues, and decisions within a project |
| PMO Project Close-out Meeting Template | This helps structure our project close-out meetings, so we can capture and learn from what went well and what could have been better. |
| PMO Project Task List Template | Our PMs use this task list for each project to plan out project milestones and customize their project plans. |
| Detailed Project Planning Template | This is a detailed, Illinois Tech PMO-specific template that is available to our PMs for creating project plans. |
