When you registered for our services, we gathered your contact information and issued you a user name and password. If you have forgotten your user name or password, the Support Desk can assist you. To submit a support request via telephone or email, you must be one of the two registered technical contacts that represent your business. For your protection, we will only accept support requests through registered contacts. If your contact information changes, please update your information through the Support Desk.
