The New Portal - Troubleshooting Tips

In the evening of October 28, 2018, the first incarnation of the new portal came into existence.  This major deployment had its challenges, and the Office of Technology Services (OTS) is aware that the university community has raised issues/concerns with respect to: (1) users' intial login to the new portal and the receipt of an error message; (2) the existence of your university ID photo on the portal; (3) and the look and content of the portal Welcome Tab from the vantage point of faculty and staff; and (4) the lack of functionality of your previous portal bookmark.  The below-listed links will take you to the OTS webpages that respond to these identified issues/concerns.
