What is HawkWorks
HawkWorks is a Facilities Service Request application. The application is used to maintain a safe and functional physical environment for the Illinois Tech community. The HawkWorks platform is used by Facilities to identify and resolve any issues that may impact the campus experience. HawkWorks manages standard service request types including:
- Classroom/Lab Issues
- Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation
- Restroom Issues
- Waste Disposal and Recycling
- Other Common Requests

Log into the MyIIT Portal to access HawkWorks, located in the top right menu:

The Office of Technology Services supports the maintenance of the HawkWorks system along with Facilities.
