What is Handshake
Handshake is Illinois Tech’s online job database. Students use Handshake to browse job openings, upload resumes, and sign up for on-campus interviews. Handshake also manages the database of on-campus job openings (both federal and non-federal work study) for Illinois Tech students.

Users can access Handshake directly through the MyIIT portal using the menu on the top right corner:
