What is Ellucian On Demand Training
The Office of Technology Services is pleased to announce free access for faculty and staff to Ellucian’s Customer Center and On Demand Training Subscription Library. The Ellucian Customer Center offers Banner (Admin and SSB) users access to their user group community, along with Banner 9 guides, and self-paced education opportunities for their products through the customer center.
Illinois Tech users will also have access to free on demand training and tutorials for all Banner products, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Banner 9 Overview and Navigation Course
- Banner 9 Technical Topics
- Banner 9 Upgrade Courses
- Degree Works Functional Training
- Degree Works Technical Training
- Full List of Courses by module: Accounts Receivable, Finance, Financial Aid, HR, Student
