Blackboard Learn is the web-based Learning Management System (LMS) used by Illinois Institute of Technology. Blackboard is populated with empty course shells or sites, as well as instructor and student enrollments from Banner, for all courses taught at the university. Use of Blackboard at the university is not mandatory.
Illinois Tech has an enterprise license for Course Delivery, Community Engagement, Content Management, and Outcomes Assessment. The university does not license Connect, Transact, or Analytics.
In addition, Illinois Tech has an enterprise license for Respondus Lockdown Browser to assist with online testing. The Respondus Lockdown Browser can be downloaded here.
