The World Wide Web (Web) allows Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) to present information about its academic programs and activities to an international audience. It is an increasingly important tool for prospective students, faculty, staff, alumni, friends of IIT, researchers and print and broadcast reporters. The accuracy of information and its presentation as published on the Web plays a critical role in maintaining the strong image and integrity of IIT. To this end we have developed and implemented a set of policies to regulate technology use within IIT.
