The Office of Technology Services designs, installs and maintains the voice and data infrastructure for IIT’s Local and Wide Area Networks as well as servers and support technology for many university systems. Routine maintenance is sometimes necessary. The OTS weekly maintenance window is listed below. In the event that unplanned maintenance must be scheduled users will be notified via IIT email.

Maintenance Window: Friday, 9:30 PM to Saturday 8:00 AM

The HRS, FRS and SIS systems are updated several times throughout the week. During these batch update windows, the “Web for” applications (Students, Faculty and Employees) are not accessible.

Sunday 2am- 7am
Monday - no batch schedule
Tuesday 2am- 7am
Wednesday 2am– 7am
Thursday 2am– 7am
Friday 2am– 7am
Saturday – no batch schedule
