IIT's Office of Technology Services supports two different mailing list systems for use by faculty, staff, and qualified student organizations. Please refer to the Listserv policy for appropriate use. Information on acquiring an account is available on the of the web sites listed below.

Web based System (http://mailer.iit.edu): OTS provides web based system where a person can request a list operator account and once authorized can create and administer their list all through a browser.

Majordomo: A traditional mailing list system where lists are administered by sending commands via e-mail. Still a very popular way for many users to carry on ongoing online discussions.
