By default, Outlook, Outlook Express, and Eudora remove your emails from the server when you check your email. If this is the case, then you should have no problems regarding the size of your mailbox. However, sometimes you would like to maintain a copy of the message on the server for various reasons. In this case, you can configure your email client to only remove messages after a certain number of days. This will maintain more recent messages on the server while pruning away old messages so that your mailbox does not fill up too much. Please reference this page to learn how to configure your email client. |
