OTS labs must be requested at least at least five business days in advance of an event

OTS LAB Request

IIT computer labs must be reserved at least five working days in advance. For academic courses, requests must be made through Registrar's Office in Main Building (312) 567-3100. Failure to do so will result in not being able to get a lab reservation.

Labs will be utilized in the following order:

1. IIT classes - please visit Registrar's Office
2. IIT organizations
3. Non-IIT organizations

IIT and Non-IIT organizations can reserve labs only if there are at least 2 other labs available for IIT students' use. No exceptions will be made during a regular semester.

There may be a charge associated with your request. We will contact you with a quote if a charge applies.

To reserve computer labs, please check the available lab timing at Lab Calendar and we will confirm or decline your reservation request within 24 hours of your submission.
